博士課程から大阪市航空写真（昭和3年・昭和17年）に取り組んできたが、
電子地図でモザイク合成写真が公開された
。合成で地理院さんも随分と苦労したんだろうな…。
国土地理院電子地図より、戦前期（昭和3年・昭和17年）における大阪や神戸のモザイク合成空中写真が公開されました。空襲で壊滅される前(というか、戦前期の都市とは、どういう形をしていたのか？)ということに興味のある方は見てください。

Aerial photographs of the prewar period(1928・1942) were released by the Japanese government agency, GSI (The Geospatial Information Authority of Japan). We can see the scenery of Japanese cities (especially Osaka and Kobe) before they were destroyed by the air raid.
